VeraLogics in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is seeking a Managed Services Team Lead to lead a team delivering high-quality SAP application support. The role combines technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing SAP teams, a solid understanding of SAP modules, and excellent communication skills. This position involves daily operations oversight, client interaction, and maintaining documentation.

Formación

• Proven experience leading SAP support or managed services teams.
• Strong understanding of at least two SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM).
• Hands-on experience with SAP troubleshooting, configuration, and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SAP cloud hosting environments.
• At least one SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
• Ability to manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of SAP support analysts.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
• Act as an escalation point for complex SAP issues.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
