Marelli Electronics in Aguascalientes is seeking a Warehouse General Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling of electronic components and finished goods. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and safety, while guiding a team to uphold Marelli standards and continuous improvement across logistics processes.

This position reports to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager and is based at the Aguascalientes office.

Formación

• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse supervision or similar role.

About the Position:

We are looking for a Warehouse General Supervisor to join the Electronics Business Marelli Team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes.

As the Warehouse General Supervisor at Marelli, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and storage of electronic components and finished goods. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to optimize operations in alignment with Marelli's standards and goals.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping of products.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards are met, and products are handled according to specified procedures to prevent damage.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics, inventory levels, and process improvements.
• Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless operations.

What Qualifications you will bring:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.

Other skills that we would welcome:

• Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Conversational English.
