HP, Inc. is seeking a Configure Price and Quote Tools Optimization Senior Manager to lead governance and continuous improvement of pricing and CPQ technology globally.

You will align with Global Pricing & Deal Management, regional teams, and Enterprise Operations to ensure scalable, reliable CPQ capabilities and optimal pricing operations. You will drive backlog prioritization, tool performance, user experience, and cross-functional issue resolution while maximizing value from technology

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Typically has 10+ years of experience in pricing operations, CPQ tools, commercial organization, operations, business process optimization, product ownership, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience working with global or regional pricing teams, Enterprise Operations, IT, or platform/product teams to resolve tool issues and deliver scalable enhancements.
• Demonstrated experience managing enhancement backlogs, prioritization frameworks, business requirements, user stories, release readiness, or operational governance forums.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the prioritization process for CPQ and pricing tools enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategy and operational needs.
• Serve as the primary business liaison with Enterprise Operations, IT, and platform teams to troubleshoot tool issues and blockers.
• Define and maintain an enhancement backlog with business justification, benefits, priority, scope, and success criteria.
• Partner with regional pricing operations to capture pain points and translate them into user stories and proposals.
• Lead governance forums to review tool performance, change requests, release priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Monitor end-to-end CPQ and pricing tool performance; identify root causes and data quality issues.
