Eaton Corporation is looking for a Senior Cost & Inventory Financial Analyst in Nuevo León, Mexico. This role involves analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with US and MX GAAP while supporting the Finance Manager on various cost-saving projects.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and be bilingual in Spanish and English, with three or more years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Oracle systems are highly desirable.

Formación

• Three or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment and cost accounting.
• Superb analytical skills and problem-solving capability.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal customers and management.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze COGS structure to ensure profitability and correct absorption rates.
• Develop and analyze cost structure for new projects.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.

Conocimientos

Bilingual: Spanish and English

Analytical and critical thinking

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Technical capability to prepare and analyze data

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
