Stryker Group in Mexico is seeking a Cost Accountant to partner with cross-functional teams to monitor product costs, support planning processes, manage inventory controls, and provide financial insights that help drive informed business decisions. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 3 years in cost accounting, and proficiency in English.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
Experience with Excel and ERP systems.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP platforms.

Responsabilidades

Monitor annual standard cost roll-up process and maintain cost structures.
Track monthly/year-to-date manufacturing costs and update bills of materials and routing structures.
Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for the business unit.
Coordinate annual physical inventory counts and cycle count programs with variance analysis.
Track cost reduction initiatives and report progress against budget and productivity targets.
Prepare, analyze, and submit financial and operational metrics through corporate reporting systems.
Execute month-end close activities including cost accounting entries and reconciliations.
Prepare plant performance reports, capex requests, ROI analyses, and ad hoc financial reporting.
