Job summary

CPKC seeks a Senior Corporate Security Leader in Mexico to direct the security program across the country, safeguarding employees, assets, and operations. You will oversee investigations, executive protection, intelligence, and security technology while aligning with enterprise risk management.

You will report to the business leadership in Mexico, drive risk mitigation, manage budgets, and partner with government agencies and key stakeholders to protect corporate reputation and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably in a related field).
• Ten to twelve years of relevant professional experience with leadership and project management responsibilities.
• Five or more years of managerial experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Corporate Security strategy for Mexico in alignment with corporate objectives and risk management principles.
• Direct all security operations, investigations, executive protection, intelligence, security technology, and contracted guard services.
• Manage departmental personnel, budgets, contracts, and security resources for effective service delivery.
• Lead security risk assessments, crisis response activities, and investigations of significant incidents.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, regulatory authorities, and security partners.
