WeWork in Mexico City seeks a Sr. Manager, Security Operations to lead security programs across LATAM. You will partner with General Managers and community teams to integrate security into facilities operations and product plans, ensuring safety for employees, members, and assets.

The role requires 8+ years in security operations, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with CCTV, alarms, access control, and risk assessments. Travel across the region will be part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in security operations in a corporate or law enforcement setting.
• Proficient in English.
• Crisis management experience in a corporate, national or state setting.
• Proven leadership and teaching ability to train employees.
• Experience with CCTV, alarms, access control systems preferred.
• Understanding of IP networking basics.
• Experience designing security for new buildings or facilities.
• Experience managing large projects with multiple deadlines.
• Experience with security applications and service management software.
• Strong public speaking and stakeholder influence.

Aufgaben

• Advise GM/FD/AD on security needs.
• Lead RCMP-based crisis management planning and related drills.
• Investigate security incidents and document findings with proper reporting.
• Perform risk/threat assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Plan and execute security upgrades and projects.
• Provide security training to teams per GSR requirements.
• Ensure budget compliance for location security services.
• Troubleshoot security issues and coordinate external services.
• Support openings with risk assessments and design reviews.
• Lead investigations on incidents (threats, theft, etc.).
• Manage direct reports and drive performance.
• Be on-call 24/7 for emergency response in the territory.
