Daimler Financial Services Mexico is seeking a Senior Lawyer to manage corporate housekeeping, ensure compliance with Mexican laws, and support M&A initiatives in partnership with Treasury, Finance, and Accounting. The role also handles board and shareholders meetings, prepares corporate resolutions, and provides practical legal guidance to the business.

Fluent English and strong knowledge of Mexican corporate law are required.

Formación

• Law degree with corporate law focus.
• Experience in Mexican corporate law and basic notary law knowledge.
• Proficient English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal support including low‑risk litigation and guidance under supervision.
• Maintain and oversee corporate books and records in Mexico; coordinate shareholder and board meetings and resolutions.
• Manage powers-of-attorney process and ensure compliance with internal policies.
