Job summary

The position also supports mergers, restructurings, and strategic transactions, while supervising powers of attorney and corporate audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and local law.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate law degree with Mexico corporate law knowledge.
• 3 years of professional experience in corporate matters.
• Proficient English and notary law basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support and guidance for corporate activities.
• Maintain corporate books and records and coordinate shareholder/board meetings.
• Support audits, tax/compliance filings, and regulatory responses.
• Oversee powers of attorney and corporate formalities.
• Assist in mergers, restructurings, and strategic transactions with Finance.
• Act as Legal Business Partner to internal departments as needed.
