Siemens Mobility in Mexico is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement professional to lead Lean initiatives across the value stream in Querétaro. You will deploy standards, analyze processes, and support implementation of cost-saving measures.

The role requires 3+ years in Lean or process optimization, a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing, and strong data analysis. English proficiency is required to collaborate with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or process optimization.
• Experience deploying Lean tools and facilitating workshops.
• Knowledge of cost analysis and investment planning.
• English - Professional level.
