Scopely is seeking a Senior Community Manager for the Marvel Strike Force team. You will own the player community voice across channels and advise product leadership on player experience.

You will drive engagement strategies, translate feedback into actionable insights, and partner with Marketing, Product, Live Ops, CRM, and Player Experience to ensure player needs are represented from early development through launches.

Formación

• 5+ years in community, social, or player engagement.
• Experience managing community programs for live-service games.
• Strong judgment in player communication, prioritization and escalation handling.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Live Ops, CRM, and/or Player Experience.
• Strong editorial instincts and ability to adapt tone to different player situations.
• Experience translating player sentiment into actionable recommendations.
• Data-informed mindset using engagement and feedback signals to improve outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple priorities in a fast-paced live environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the relationship between the studio and the player community as the voice of the game across channels.
• Turn community sentiment and feedback into strategic insights guiding product decisions.
• Drive player communication strategy for launches, topics, and moments across blogs, videos, social and in-game messaging.
• Own the strategy and improvement of community initiatives, campaigns, and player programs.
• Partner across the studio and with partners to ensure player needs are represented early and clearly.
• Close the loop by communicating back to the community when feedback is acted on.
• Mentor Community Managers and raise communication standards.
