• Education: College/University degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience working with commercial teams and data analytics.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in data analysis, KPI calculation and interpretation of complex trends.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Excel).
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Track and monitor execution of initiatives and projects.
