TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Co-Planning Analyst to optimize end-to-end supply planning.

The role connects customer demand, capacity, materials, and site execution across planning horizons, working with Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Delivery teams to translate requirements into feasible supply plans. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years in supply chain roles, with strong Excel, SAP, and analytical skills to identify risks and drive

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Materials Management, Procurement, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Solid understanding of Demand & Forecast Planning, MRP, MPS, and Production/Build Planning.
• Strong Excel skills and English proficiency for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer demand, forecasts, backlog, and production requirements to identify potential supply and capacity gaps.
• Monitor material availability, lead times, POs, and other constraints affecting the production plan.
• Align forecast, capacity, material availability, MPS, and build plans across planning horizon.
• Identify risks early and coordinate actions with Planning, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility of supply-chain performance: shortages, coverage, backlog, inventory, and delivery risks.
• Support weekly planning reviews, control-tower activities, and cross-functional supply meetings.
• Track action plans, owners, due dates, and escalations for timely closure of issues.
• Perform root-cause and gap analysis and support recovery/mitigation plans.
• Prepare supply-chain analyses, dashboards, and executive summaries for decision-making.
• Ensure planning data is accurate and aligned across systems and tools.
