TE Connectivity seeks a seasoned procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing for assigned commodities in the Americas. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to drive cost savings and supplier performance.

The role emphasizes market analysis, contract negotiation, and supply assurance, requiring strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, procurement, or engineering.
• 3–5+ years in procurement and sourcing.
• Strong analytical, market, and cost breakdown skills.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement management of assigned categories and suppliers, including supplier market analysis, raw material market tracking, and cost breakdowns.
• Achieve KPI’s including material productivity, delivery, quality, and supplier risk assessments.
• Perform market analysis to identify trends within the portfolio.
• Perform supplier evaluations, including quality and delivery monitoring.
• Manage contracts and supply agreements for assigned categories.
• Develop a 3–5 year regional commodity plan aligned with global and regional needs.
• Coordinate RFQs, negotiations, awards, and contract updates with regional teams.
