Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, a KNORR-BREMSE group company, seeks a Manufacturing Engineering professional to support CNC machining, tooling, and process development. You will translate engineering drawings into plant floor processes, improve manufacturing efficiency, and mentor technicians across sites.
The role requires strong CAD/CAM tools expertise, GD&T, Lean methods, and experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
- Master's degree a plus.
- Formalized training in statistics or quality tools a plus.
- Experience with CNC-based control systems.
Responsabilités
- Machining specialist for organization.
- Support product launch programs on machining applications and processes.
- Translate engineering drawings into plant floor manufacturing processes.
- Assist in selecting and installing machine control devices for safety.
- Document CNC programs for new products and changes.
- Lead development of CNC systems plan for new and upgraded equipment.
- Support vendor activity from concept to installation; RFQ and runoffs.
- Contribute to PFMEA and manufacturing feasibility reviews.
