Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. You will own the availability and performance of several production SaaS services running in Azure and AWS across multiple regions.

This is a hands‑on role focused on measuring reliability, tuning detection, responding to incidents, and removing manual work that keeps engineers awake at night. You’ll define SLIs/SLOs, build robust monitoring, automate responses, and participate in on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in SRE, DevOps, or cloud production for SaaS.
• Azure: AKS, App Service, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, Service Bus, Front Door, Storage.
• Datadog experience: metrics, logs, APM, dashboards.
• Ownership of SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Incident response experience with postmortems.
• Kubernetes in production with ingress and deployments.
• Terraform IaC and CI/CD, Azure DevOps preferred.
• PowerShell and Python scripting; YAML/JSON fluency.
• Strong networking and web fundamentals; DR in cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability for production SaaS services end to end, including availability, performance and capacity.
• Define service-level indicators, SLOs and error budgets with engineering and product teams.
• Build and tune monitoring, dashboards, and alert routing to reduce mean time to detect.
• Automate response and integrate monitors with remediation workflows.
• Lead on-call rotation, incident response for high-severity events, and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure new services ship with monitoring and runbooks in place.
