Wiz in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to plan and execute strategies that drive customer adoption of the Wiz platform for their largest customers. You will bridge customers with the Wiz team, coordinating Product Management, Sales, Engineering and Support to deliver a cohesive experience.

Your cloud security expertise will help guide onboarding and operationalization for major clients, addressing security challenges and driving value.

Formación

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Hybrid mode - able to spend 3 days/week in our Mexico City office
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products
• Experience with cloud services across at least 2 CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker or Kubernetes) and securing them
• Experience with DevOps technologies (CI/CD, Version Control, Infrastructure as Code) and security implications
• Experience in cloud cybersecurity with AI/ML applications for threat detection or security operations

Responsabilidades

• Be a Wiz Product and Cloud Security Expert – stay enabled on Wiz features
• Support up to 10 strategic customers, driving adoption and value realization
• Identify opportunities for expansion and assist in renewals with sales teams
• Develop close relationships with customer contacts from C-level to practitioner
• Help customers develop success plans with measurable goals
• Advocate for customers and liaison with Product and Engineering
• Be part of building a scalable TAM organization during hyper-growth
• Contribute as a cloud security thought-leader via industry events and blogs
