Amazon Web Services (AWS) Mexico seeks a Sr Customer Solutions Manager to join the Mexico team to work with strategic customers. You will be a trusted advisor, ensuring AWS teams collaborate to deliver transformational outcomes.

You will help customers adopt cloud-based solutions and migrate workloads to the cloud, shaping strategy and driving adoption. The role requires leadership across multiple teams, deep business understanding, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership and successful completion experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud strategies and distributed applications.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functional areas.
• Experience in English-language communication, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 2+ years of technical work experience.
• Experience in customer-facing work with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own & Influence: Lead projects end-to-end across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, ProServe, and customer teams.
• Guide Adoption: Understand customer business deeply and evangelize the right AWS solutions at the right time.
• Drive Transformation: Shepherd customers through AWS adoption using your large-scale delivery experience.
• Advocate & Coach: Be the customer's cloud coach internally and their voice to AWS leadership.
• Execute Strategy: Translate customer goals into plans and deliver industry-changing outcomes.
