Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to support and maintain business-critical cloud platforms and trading applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on Azure operations, platform reliability, incident management, and troubleshooting across infrastructure, identity, access management, and observability tools.

• 5-7 years of experience in Azure Infrastructure, Platform Operations, Production Support, or Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across Azure VMs, networking, storage, identity and access management.
• Experience with AD, VDI, and enterprise support operations.
• Experience with monitoring/observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
