You will build AI-first software, collaborate with customers, partners, and Caylent teams to move AI from experimentation to production. You’ll work hands-on with AWS, Python, and frontend frameworks while shaping production-ready client solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, architecture-driven delivery, and AI testing across projects, with 100% remote work and global teams. 25% travel possible.

Formación

• Senior software engineer with cloud-native experience and AI-first focus.
• Strong collaboration with architects, PMs and customers.
• Experience delivering client-facing AI-driven software solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate within software teams to deliver AI-first production-ready client software.
• Review requirements with Lead Architect and translate into working software.
• Participate in discovery sessions to collect customer needs.
• Follow designed architecture and solution patterns.
• Create, automate and refine AI-driven testing at multiple levels.
• Partner with architects, PMs, peers to deliver client value.
