AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a backend orientation to build robust apps using Python and React. You will work with AI-assisted tooling like Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code to accelerate development and deployment.

You will design scalable solutions, integrate LLM-driven workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-stack experience with Python backend.
• Strong React for frontend development.
• Experience in LLM-assisted development environments (Cursor/Windsurf/Claude Code).
• Proficiency with REST APIs, databases and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best software practices.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack apps with Python back-end services.
