Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead complex clinical studies from initiation through delivery. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure timely, high-quality data, and maintain profitability by aligning activities with contract scope and client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of ICH GCP, and the ability to coordinate with sites and regulators across North America and international regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in clinical trial management or related roles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to plan, monitor, and control clinical activities within contract scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance with ICH GCP.
• Develop clinical tools and contribute to Master Action Plan and Trial Master File quality.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and other departments to meet deliverables and maintain timelines.
• Implement standardized monitoring processes and ensure timely archiving of study materials.
• Provide input into forecast estimates and manage project budgets and resources.
