Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support audit readiness, site activation, and regulatory compliance across global trials. You may train new staff and act as a buddy during onboarding, leveraging local knowledge for feasibility and site tiering.

The role involves collaboration with project teams, document management, and maintaining TMF-related processes, in-office settings, and occasional site visits.

Formación

• High/Secondary diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0–1 year of relevant experience or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee trial activities as detailed on task matrix
• Perform file reviews and document findings in systems
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Provide system support (Activate & eTMF) and keep databases current
• Handle administrative tasks for trials including document processing and communications
• Assist with site file management and study materials distribution
• Support translation materials and QC when requested
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and regulatory guidelines
