Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mexico is seeking an Assoc Manager Clinical Admin to lead and develop the clinical administration team, ensuring resourcing, training, and adherence to SOPs. You will coach staff, manage performance, and collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and bids.

Minimum 5+ years in clinical research with remote/monitoring experience and at least 1 year in leadership. This role requires strong organization, budget knowledge, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Significant clinical research experience (comparable to 5+ years) including remote and clinical monitoring and experience in all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close out.
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Leads the day-to-day management of multiple clinical administration team members providing direct coaching and development support to assigned staff.
• Oversees resourcing, alignment, training, and on-going professional development for assigned division or office.
• Ensures all Clinical Administration initiatives are implemented to ensure efficiency in proposed processes, consistency in execution and quality output
• Analyzes performance metrics and provide feedback to team as appropriate to enhance individual and team performance
