Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Safety Admin to support contracted project coordination and safety activities across global and domestic programs. The role focuses on adverse events, protocol inquiries, and data management, collaborating with Safety Specialists and Medical Monitors to liaise with internal teams and manage safety documentation.

Qualifications

• High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Technical positions may require a certificate.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Equivalency may be considered where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely review of protocol inquiries, adverse events, diagnostics and Data Safety Monitoring Board data; track data and generate reports for clients, project teams and external vendors.
• Represent the DSMB/EAC Coordination Team at global and domestic committee meetings, coordinating logistics and assisting facilitation.
• Interface with internal and external parties to implement projects; prepare Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements, Letters of Intent and Member Agreements; review documents for accuracy and secure approvals.
• Compile adjudication dossiers and submit follow-up to investigative sites.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings; draft minutes; post materials to client portals and distribute to teams.
