Citigroup Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Client Onboarding Senior Analyst to lead documentation review and account opening activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service while managing risk and compliance.

The role requires 5-8 years of experience, strong English communication, and the ability to coach staff and interact with senior management. Office-based work with occasional extended hours is expected.

Formación

• 5-8 years in documentation review, account maintenance and related cash products preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external partners.
• Proven project management with financial cost management experience.
• Ability to execute with prioritization, exposure to customer service, systems testing and rollouts.
• Ability to meet objectives while upholding controls and risk parameters; interacts with senior management and regulators.
• Willingness to work staggered hours/shift, weekends, and holidays; maintain stakeholder rapport.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers, manage documentation issuance, reviews and system setups.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of account opening and maintenance tasks and high-quality service.
• Oversee day-to-day management of account opening/maintenance processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop new procedures, analyze complex issues with significant impact, and guide teams accordingly.
• Mentor and train new staff, optimize manpower, and drive process improvements.
• Identify and manage risks; escalate issues to senior forums for resolution.
