Job summary
Glia, the leading Banking AI platform, seeks a Sr. Associate, Client Engineering in Mexico City to help customers resolve complex technical problems and enable secure, scalable integrations with Glia’s Digital Customer Service platform.
You will work with customers’ developers and partners, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and deliver proactive guidance to ensure successful deployments. Strong English skills and a background in software/cloud tech are essential.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in software development, customer support/service, support engineering, or related.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to guide customers through complex tech solutions.
- Excellent reading, listening, and writing skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical inquiries and guide customers to achieve their goals with Glia’s platform.
- Set up complex technical integrations with customers' developers and architects.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to report bugs via JIRA tickets and Slack.
- Troubleshoot issues raised via Service Desk or other channels.
- Explain Glia capabilities and promote best practices to customers.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to find solutions.
