Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior Engineering/Developer Lead to guide multidisciplinary teams on end-to-end delivery for banking clients in Mexico City. This on-site role requires strong SME in Microservices/API, front-end, and cloud-based solutions, with hands-on Java RESTful development (Java, HTML, ReactJS/AngularJS).

You will collaborate with global experts, drive DevSecOps automation, and ensure resilience and security across projects while coordinating with business and IT teams locally

Formación

• Over 5 years' experience on financial/banking systems.
• At least 10 years in Micro-Services/API development and web-based applications; SME level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams of Development Specialists across the full development life cycle.
• Act as full-stack SME in Microservices/API, front-end, and cloud-based solutions.
• Partner with global engineering experts to align technical implementation with strong English skills.
