Siemens Energy seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer for turnkey EPC HV substation projects. You will perform detailed design for HV substations and transmission projects, and develop calculations for GIS foundations with seismic compliance.

You will review external packages and ensure designs meet standards and constructability. Role involves creating steel drawings, reviewing manufacturer documentation, and updating the Project Manager on progress and risks.

Formación

• 5+ years of Civil and Structural Eng experience for High Voltage, Distribution and Generation.
• Professional Engineering License is required.
• Extensive knowledge of IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, ANSI standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare calculations and drawings for grading, buildings, foundations, steel structures, and overhead conductors.
• Develop conceptual designs for pricing and perform civil/structural designs and calculations.
• Review and approve outside engineering packages and manufacturer docs for compliance.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements, standards and constructability.
• Flag risks/delays; support Project Execution and customer meetings.
