Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Lead Network Administrator S to manage and optimize enterprise voice and unified communications. You will administer Cisco UC Manager, configure dial plans, SIP trunks, and troubleshoot voice quality end-to-end.

This role requires bilingual English and Spanish, ITIL-aligned incident and change processes, and hands-on VOIP and SIP expertise. Hybrid work with a strong networking background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in Computer Engineering, Database Management, Information Systems, IT or Network Engineering.
• CCNP certification and VMware/Netmetrix certifications.
• Experience with SIP signaling, VOIP, Cisco UC Manager, and ITIL incident/change processes.

Responsibilities

• Experience administering and supporting enterprise voice and unified communications platforms.
• Hands-on Cisco Unified Communications Manager administration: user and device provisioning, dial plan configuration, partitions and calling search spaces, and call routing troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with VOIP endpoint registration, extension mobility and softphone deployment.
• Working knowledge of SIP signaling and SIP trunk configuration, including troubleshooting with carriers and interpreting SIP traces.
• Understanding of voice quality fundamentals: QoS, codecs, jitter, latency and packet loss, and the ability to diagnose call quality end to end.
• Familiarity with voice gateways, MGCP/H.323 and analogue interfaces for legacy plant equipment.
• Experience operating within an ITIL-aligned incident and change management process.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and provide support outside regular business hours, including weekends, when required for critical P1 and P2 incidents.
