Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master's degree.
• Seven or more years of direct industry experience; strong working knowledge of payments-related regulatory landscape.
• Three to five years’ experience in a consulting organization as a consultant; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Chargeback and Payment Operations engagements for financial institutions.
• Mentor and coach junior teammates; manage mid- to senior-level client relationships.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive client value.
