Hg Arquitectura is seeking a highly skilled Specialized Welder (Manufacturing) to join our production team in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. The role requires welding operations on metal components, with expertise in TIG, MIG, and Stick, and ability to read technical drawings.

You will ensure weld quality, strength, and adherence to safety standards, collaborating with production and engineering teams, and maintaining records.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and a technical welding certification are required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a certified welder in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficiency in TIG, MIG and Stick welding and reading complex technical drawings.

Aufgaben

• Perform specialized welding operations (TIG, MIG, Stick) per blueprints.
• Inspect welds for quality, integrity, and compliance with standards.
• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning and grinding before welding.
• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain it.
• Ensure welding activities meet safety regulations and policies.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, welding symbols.
• Maintain accurate records of welding activities and materials used.
• Collaborate with production/engineering to ensure weld quality.
• Troubleshoot welding-related issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
