Job summary

Citi in Mexico seeks a Business Lead Analyst to guide technology and operations projects in Financial Services. The role blends strategic input with hands-on delivery, functioning as SME to senior stakeholders and ensuring SDLC governance and risk controls.

You will gather requirements, document BRD/FRD, manage milestones, coordinate teams, and support post-implementation activities. Requires 6–10 years in BA, equities IT, agile practice, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years experience in business analysis within Financial Services/Investment Banking
• Extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to facilitate discussions
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of the SDLC and risk/compliance expectations

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Developing BRD/FRD, test planning and UAT artifacts
• Day-to-day management of project responsibilities and milestones
• Providing implementation/post-implementation project support
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and teams
• Identify risks and manage resolutions
• Operate with minimal supervision and act as SME to stakeholders
