Responsibilities

• Define enhancements and assist in redesigning processes and automation.
• Prepare reports, metrics and presentations; exchange information between units and IT.
• Identify risk and assess implications of technology on the business environment.
• Test systems to ensure requirements are met and diagnose issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions; select solutions.
• Assess risk in business decisions; ensure compliance and escalate issues with transparency.
