Google Cloud's Business Systems Transformation team seeks a Senior Business Program Manager to partner with GTM executives, document priorities, and map user journeys across global markets. You will lead cross-functional workshops, govern the GTM intake, and deliver strategic recommendations to accelerate field productivity, working with engineering, product, and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in project/product/program management, sales operations, or management consulting.
• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, running periodic stakeholder engagements or steering committees.
• Experience with data and quantitative analysis, building user journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional workshops with executive GTM leaders and subject matter experts to identify productivity bottlenecks, map complex user journeys, and define strategic business requirements.
• Govern the global GTM intake and prioritization engine, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable system roadmaps.
• Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of high-visibility, C-level business transformation programs while proactively managing risks, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Deliver strategic recommendations and thought leadership to Google Cloud executives, driving policy, process, and tooling enhancements that accelerate field productivity.
• Collaborate with regional change management teams to execute landing plans, maximize field adoption across global markets, and measure ongoing business impact.
