Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Team Lead for the Business Credit Office in Mexico City. You will lead the CCM end-to-end process, ensure risk controls, and coordinate with regional teams to deliver credit management services to clients.

The role requires strong credit analysis, leadership of a mixed team, and driving process improvements while aligning to global operating models. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Responsibilities

• Country head of BCO COE team in Mexico.
• Deliver BCO tasks in line with OKRs, SLAs and KPIs for own portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end CCM journey for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with BCO Regional Heads, WMR and other stakeholders for initiatives.
• Manage a team of contractors and permanent resources, training and development.
• Drive productivity improvements and enhance client experience.
• Drive adoption of technology/digital aligned to the C&L operating model.
• Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve outcomes.
