Bluelight is hiring a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, the product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what is shipped solves the intended problem.

You’ll work on client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight’s internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimation of new projects.

Formación

• 3+ years as Business Analyst or similar on software projects.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in agile/Scrum.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and turn input into structured requirements.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data modeling at business level.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to lead client meetings.
• Enough technical literacy to discuss APIs and integrations with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Document current- and future-state processes, business rules, data definitions.
• Break scope into epics and stories for engineering estimation.
• Identify assumptions, risks, dependencies, and open questions early.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with Product Manager to groom the backlog for each sprint.
• Work with UI/UX in Figma to ensure flows match requirements.
• Answer engineering questions during the sprint and keep requirements current.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with clients and QA teams.
• Keep requirements docs organized in Google Drive.
