Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, our product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the intended problem.

You’ll work across client builds, client maintenance engagements, and Bluelight’s internal products, shaping scope during scoping and estimation and collaborating with QA and design to deliver

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on software projects.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in agile environments.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current and future-state processes, rules, and data definitions.
• Break scope into epics and stories for engineering estimation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and open questions early and drive resolution.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Prioritize and groom the backlog with the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with UI/UX in Figma to ensure flows meet requirements.
• Assist QA to ensure acceptance criteria translate into test coverage.
