Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, seeks a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear requirements. You’ll bridge clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria to ensure delivered solutions meet real needs.

You’ll work on client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight internal projects, shaping scope and estimates while aligning with SOC 2 and compliance considerations.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar in software projects.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, data definitions, edge cases.
• Break scope into epics and stories for engineering estimates.
• Identify assumptions, risks, dependencies, and open questions early.
