Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, the product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem it was meant to solve.

You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, shaping scope for new projects and estimation.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on software projects.
