Qualifications

• 8+ years in a BA or functional consultant role translating business needs to tech specs.
• Proven track record in managing backlogs and project tracking in Azure DevOps (4+ years).
• Experience leading workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture requirements.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and delivery focus across complex projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
