Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital transformation in ecommerce and CMS projects in Mexico. You will lead requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into actionable specs while collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

You will work in an Agile environment, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and support UAT/QA as part of delivering scalable solutions that enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation.
• Strong experience with eCommerce platforms (SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools).
• Familiarity with CMS tools (Contentful, Contentstack, WordPress).
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on ecommerce or CMS solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into functional and technical specs.
• Map processes, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to optimize digital workflows and customer journeys.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology by working with architects, developers, designers, PMs, and product owners.
• Analyze existing systems and data flows to identify improvements or automation opportunities.
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Support and shape the roadmap of digital initiatives for scalability and performance.
• Communicate risks and impacts to stakeholders and participate in workshops and reviews.
• Contribute to testing phases (UAT/QA) to verify requirements are met.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation projects, specifically in eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive business growth and digital innovation.
