Bacardi-Martini is seeking a Sr Brand Manager to lead the Agaves portfolio in Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for developing brand strategies that protect brand integrity and drive growth. You will leverage consumer insights and lead a talented marketing team to deliver excellence in execution.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of marketing experience in consumer goods, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business. Competitive benefits and a supportive work environment are offered.

Formación

• 10+ years of broad marketing experience in consumer goods and/or spirits.
• Strong experience in P&L management.
• Proven leadership within a matrix organization.
