Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Customer Service Data Analyst to interpret data, build dashboards, and support CS performance for FLNA. You will leverage Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Python/R to deliver insights that influence decision-making and improve service metrics.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of data experience, strong analytical abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. This role offers growth and a flexible work program.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Frito Lay sales/supply chain/data experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), databases (e.g., SQL), programming (e.g., Python, R), and statistical packages (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and high profiency of Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, KPIs calculation, SLA metrics and deliver dashboards and reports in a frequency that enable decision making and organizational success.
• Improve process efficiency through automation and enhacements in current tools used for order processing.
• Backfill other CSRs on vacations
