Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Transformation Senior Analyst to support LATAM reporting and analytics growth. You will deliver dashboards and analytics using Power BI, SAP BW, and SAP BusinessObjects while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and test solutions.

In this role you will backfill to help reduce backlog across Make, Move, Customer Service and Quality, supporting over 1000 users of dashboards connected to Oracle, SharePoint, and Excel files, and using Power

Qualifications

• Background in computer science preferred.
• 2-5 years of SAP BW performance experience.
• 2-5 years of reporting experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Advanced knowledge of SAP BW, Databricks, and Microsoft Power Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, user testing (UAT), deployments, and issue resolution.
• Create Power BI dashboards connected to Oracle, Databricks, Excel, and flat files.
• Automate data extraction and data loads with Power Automate.
• Monitor daily data loads and system performance.
• Coordinate sessions with business teams, stakeholders and IT to align requirements, testing and capacitation.
• Identify new technologies to support business needs.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This position is requested as a backfill to support the increasing volume of business demands from senior leaders that the current team is unable to address within expected timelines for LATAM Team (16 LATAM BU including Mexico & Brazil). The role will be responsible for delivering and supporting reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, as well as partnering with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate testing, and ensure successful solution delivery within Supply Chain Team (Make, Move, Customer Service, Quality, Maintenance, etc.). In addition, strong expertise in SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects is critical, as these platforms continue to support key reporting and analytics processes across the organization. The resource will play a key role in maintaining service continuity, supporting ongoing SAP-related initiatives, and reducing the current delivery backlog and future projects.

Your Impact As Transformation Sr Analyst

Reporting

• Support business requirements gathering, user testing (UAT), production deployments, and issue resolution.
• Performs dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI connected to different datasource (Oracle database, Databricks, Excel files, Flat files, etc.).
• Automation the data extraction and data loads with tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
• Responsible for daily monitoring of data loads and system performance.
• Coordinate sessions with the business teams, stakeholders and IT Teams to align requirements, follow up, testing and capacitation.
• Identify new technologies and tools to bring support for business needs.

Apps

• Create customized tools and applications when required to handle specific reporting needs for business.
• Creates and maintains efficient and secure systems for processing and recording data and producing relevant documentation.
• Works with IT Team and Process Excellence Team to coordinate and raise system requirements necessaries to develop reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Background in computer science preferred.
• 2-5 years of performance SAP BW.
• 2-5 years of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred.
• 100% fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills).
• Advanced knowledge in SAP BW, Databricks, Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Experience in computer database management preferred.
