Coforge is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer for backend API services in Hermosillo, with 5+ years of experience. The role focuses on scalable, API-first services that handle high traffic while ensuring observability and security.

You will work within the Consumer Engagement team on real-time signals between car buyers and dealerships, driving actionable leads. The position requires strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and modern architectures.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years backend development with microservices, APIs, and scalable systems.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, NextJS, and related APIs.
• Experience with React ecosystem and AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong observability with DataDog and RESTful APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop high-performance, API-based backend services meeting SLOs.
• Own health and uptime of critical systems and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and infra teams on scalable architectures.
• Champion CI/CD, automated testing, and security practices across lifecycle.
• Modernize legacy services using event-driven patterns and architecture ideas.
• Document API designs, architectures, and operational procedures for self-service use.
