NTT DATA Services is seeking a Sr Backend Developer (Hybrid Guadalajara) to design and implement production‑grade data pipelines and REST APIs. You will work in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and collaborate with the team to ship features weekly while ensuring code quality.

• 5+ years backend software engineering (shipping production code).
• Proficiency in Node.js and Java (17+).
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• SQL (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (DynamoDB), event streaming concepts.
• Understanding tradeoffs for scale: throughput, latency, cost.

Responsabilidades

• Ship features weekly/bi‑weekly with high quality production code.
• Maintain production‑grade code quality from day one.
• Resolve production issues and optimize system performance.
• Write concise documentation for handoff/runbooks.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Provide thoughtful PR feedback and accept feedback on your code.
