Félix is seeking a senior backend engineer to shape the core architecture of its fintech platform. You will build and optimize backend microservices within the Consumer Lending team, focusing on secure, high‑performance financial systems and compliant workflows.

You will work with Python (Flask/FastAPI), REST/gRPC, and Google Cloud to design scalable infrastructure, mentor peers, and collaborate across product, operations, and compliance to deliver robust financial solutions.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Proven track record in Fintech software development, shipping and iterating.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices.
• Design infrastructure for millions of daily requests with strong security and performance.
• Build and maintain distributed systems using Google Cloud services.
• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and other units to deliver holistic solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team.
• Continuously refine platform capabilities using feedback and analytics.
