The role emphasizes Azure infrastructure, AKS, IaC, DevOps, and cloud operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, owns platform services, and drives engineering excellence across design, deployment, and operations.

Qualifications

• Senior cloud engineer with hands-on Azure experience.
• Strong skills in AKS, Terraform, IaC, and DevOps.
• Experience with cloud security and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Azure resources and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Azure services including Application Gateway, Load Balancers, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints, VMs, App services, Function apps, Logic apps.
• Storage Accounts – blob and file shares.
• AI cognitive services – Foundry, Search and etc.
• Key Vault; Virtual Networks, NSGs, Route Tables.
• Implement Azure security, governance, RBAC, Managed Identities, and networking best practices.
• Design, deploy, and support AKS environments.
• Manage cluster lifecycle, upgrades, scaling, security, and monitoring.
• Administration of Kubernetes Services – Dockerfiles, Deployment manifests, etc.
• Support Helm Charts, Gateway API (Envoy), CSI Drivers, Workload Identity, and container platforms.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, application, networking, and storage issues.
• Infrastructure Automation – Terraform modules, IaC, environment standardization.
• Monitoring & Operations – Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace; incident management; reliability and cost optimization initiatives.

• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Drive reliability, security, and cost optimization initiatives.
