Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Azure) – Consultant to join our Americas Delivery Mexico team in Queretaro. You will drive cloud-native initiatives, containerization, and automation while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes Azure-based infrastructure, IaC with Terraform, Kubernetes operations, and CI/CD pipelines, with minimal travel as a consultant. Join a team delivering high-impact technology services.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• CS/IT/CE degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Hands-on experience in Azure cloud infrastructure management.
• Solid IaC experience with Terraform.
• Kubernetes installation, configuration, hardening and networking.
• CI/CD deployments with Github Actions or Jenkins.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to drive and scale client infrastructure, with a primary focus on containerization/orchestration and cloud-native technologies. In this role, you will architect, implement, and manage our containerized environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability for critical applications and services.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of course of study/Egresado in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering, or any pertinent field or industry, or equivalent years of experience.
• Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks.
• Advanced English level.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure Management: Implement, support and manage cloud infrastructure using Azure.
• Good understanding on how to Utilize Terraform to develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Installation, configuration, hardening, and networking of the Kubernetes architecture, ensuring high availability with multiple Kubernetes masters.
• Configure CI/CD deployments using Github Actions or Jenkins.
